Results Reporting
Process is as follows:-
1) Go to the web site - www.cherwellcricketleague.co.uk
2) Select "Submit Results" from the options down the right hand side
3) Complete the template as is required at the moment
4) Press "Submit" button at the bottom left of the template.
5) The deadline for these results is 11pm on Saturday evening.
When completing the form you must remember that all the information is required ie score after 50 overs for matches in divisions 1 - 6.
Also when listing performances of players they are listed in order of performance not batting or bowling order
Eg
Batsman 1 scores 35
Batsman 4 scores75
Batsman 7 scores 48
MUST appear as Batsman 4
Batsman 7
Batsman 1
Obviously the same applies to bowlers.
When players are being mentioned it is also a requirement to put both the players Christian and Surnames as registered with the League
Eg a team may have Tom Smith, Tim Smith and Terry Smith, it is not good enough just to say T Smith 4-25.
When entering points awarded to each team please ensure that this is the number of points before any penalty points are deducted.
These requirements are not too time consuming if done correctly but if I have to put them in order and search for a players full name then it does take a time especially if everyone does not do as asked. Remember there are 100 teams sent in to me.
If ANY of these requests are not adhered to then it will be classed as a late result and a £15 fine will be issued.
